CSIRO, South East Fishery Habitat Ecosystem Study, Southeast Australia, 1993-1997

Latest version published by CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere on Mar 13, 2018 CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere

These data were collected over the period 1993-1996 (-7) as part of the CSIRO Fisheries South East Fishery Habitat Ecosystem Study in Australia, on four research cruises of the vessel Southern Surveyor plus ancillary data from commercial vessels. The data were collected by a variety of methods including trawls, sleds, gillnets and fish traps. Related data also collected during this study included acoustics, biological hardparts (otoliths, vertebrae, and spines), current meter data, nutrients, physical oceanographic data, phytoplankton pigments, sediment size, stable isotopes, towed video and zooplankton biomass/counts.

Data Records

The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 14,379 records.

This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.

Downloads

Download the latest version of this resource data as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A) or the resource metadata as EML or RTF:
